Waiver and Disclaimer.

By purchasing and using an ethanol device from Nuri, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this waiver and disclaimer.

By purchasing (on or offline) and using any ethanol device from Nuri (Lisa O’Donnell), you (the “Customer”)  agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Acknowledgment of Risks: The Customer acknowledges that the use of ethanol devices involves inherent risks, including but not limited to fire hazards, burns, property damage, and personal injury. The Customer assumes all responsibility for any damage or injury resulting from the use of the ethanol device.
  2. Proper Use and Maintenance: The Customer agrees to follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Nuri for the safe use and maintenance of the ethanol device. Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in accidents, injuries, or damages, for which Nuri will not be held liable.
  3. Safety Precautions: The Customer agrees to take all necessary safety precautions when using the ethanol device, including but not limited to:
    • Keeping the device away from flammable materials.
    • Ensuring proper ventilation in the area of use.
    • Never leaving the device unattended while in operation.
    • Keeping children and pets away from the device.
    • Using only approved ethanol fuel as specified by Nuri.
  1. Limitation of Liability: Nuri shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the ethanol device. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses.
  2. No Warranty: Nuri provides the ethanol devices on an “as-is” basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation, safety, or performance of the ethanol devices.
  3. Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Nuri harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the Customer’s use of the ethanol device, including but not limited to any claims by third parties.
  4. Governing Law: This waiver and disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
  5. Severability: If any provision of this waiver and disclaimer is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
