Purpose
This product can be placed as a freestanding unit or mounted directly to the wall. For freestanding use, it must be positioned at least 5–10 cm away from the wall to ensure proper ventilation and safety.
If you prefer a fixed installation flush against the wall, we offer custom steel backing plates and mounting brackets.
Installation for Bracket
This is a stylish, environmentally friendly way to enjoy real flames without the need for chimneys, flues, or gas connections. Our units are designed to be smoke-free, ash-free, and suitable for modern indoor living, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere with minimal installation requirements.
For safety and to ensure the fireplace is mounted correctly, we strongly recommend that a qualified carpenter or experienced tradesperson perform the installation. A full instruction manual will be provided, and can be done easily, but it is recommended to be installed by a qualified carpenter to prevent injusry. Improper mounting can result in serious injury, property damage, or reduced performance. A local tradesperson will ensure the unit is safely secured.
Wall-Mounted Fireplace Installation (Summary)

Preparation: Before installation, remove all packaging materials and confirm that the wall surface is flat, secure, and made from non-combustible material. Ensure that all mounting hardware is included.

Top Bracket Mounting: Use a level to position the top mounting bracket. If possible, anchor it into wall studs for maximum strength. If wall studs are not available, use suitable drywall anchors to secure the bracket (provided).

Bottom Bracket Mounting: Measure the distance between the top and bottom bracket holes on the back of the fireplace. Mount the bottom bracket accordingly, again ensuring it is level and securely fixed to the wall using anchors or studs.

Securing the Unit: With the help of another person, lift the fireplace onto the brackets. Insert screws and washers to securely fasten the unit to the wall brackets. Confirm that the fireplace is level and stable before proceeding.

Final Check: Ensure the fireplace is mounted right-side up and that the burner compartments are securely seated. Only add bioethanol fuel once the unit is firmly in place and all connections are verified.
