By default comes in matte black and white, but additional colours take approximately another 5-10 days if item is in stock.
Lead Time
Our products are made to order with a standard production lead time of 7–8 weeks. If you require your order sooner, we offer priority production on selected products for an additional fee, subject to manufacturing capacity. Please contact us before ordering to discuss your required delivery date, and we’ll let you know the fastest turnaround availab

We are a boutique fireplace store and standard production is approximately 7-8 weeks wih free delivery. If you require your fireplace sooner, our Priority Production option is available for an additional, reducing the estimated lead time to 5-6 weeks
Nuri Fire fireplaces should be placed on a stable, non-combustible surface. If installing on timber, laminate, or carpet, we recommend using a tempered (toughened) glass base plate (minimum 6mm thick) to protect against heat and potential fuel spills. Materials such as rugs, leather, or synthetic mats are not heat-resistant and should not be used as a protective layer. For convenience, Nuri Fire offers custom-sized glass base plates designed specifically for each fireplace model, ensuring the perfect fit, finish, and protection. We can do clear glass or even patterned such as marble. Please enquire.
Every Nuri Fire burner comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, ensuring peace of mind and coverage against defects in materials and workmanship when used and installed as intended.

Purpose
This product can be placed as a freestanding unit or mounted directly to the wall. For freestanding use, it must be positioned at least 5–10 cm away from the wall to ensure proper ventilation and safety. Must be kept atleast 1M away from combustible items, such as window curtains.
If you prefer a fixed installation flush against the wall, we offer custom steel backing plates and mounting brackets.
Installation for Bracket
Minimum 20cm clearance from surrounding surfaces
Minimum 20cm clearance on both left and right sides of the fireplace, as in adding plants or deco next to the fireplace.
Minimum 60cm clearance above the fireplace on the wall above the fireplace (such as TVs, shelves, plants, or décor)
Minimum 1 metre clearance from curtains, fabrics, or soft furnishings

Flooring Requirements
Surface & Placement Guidelines
To ensure safe operation and protect your surfaces, all Nuri Fire fireplaces must be placed on a stable, level, non-combustible surface.
Suitable Surfaces
Nuri Fire products can be safely used on:
- Concrete
- Stone
- Tiles (ceramic, porcelain)
- Brick
- Untreated metal surfaces
These materials are heat-resistant and suitable for direct placement.
Surfaces Requiring Protection
If placing your fireplace on any of the following, we strongly recommend using a protective base:
- Timber / wood
- Laminate
- Engineered flooring
- Composite materials
- Painted or coated surfaces
- Powder-coated metal
- Outdoor furniture (including tables)
Recommended Protection
For optimal safety and to maintain your surfaces, we recommend using a:
Tempered (toughened) glass hearth plate, minimum 6mm thickness
This provides:
- Heat protection for your flooring to prevent discolouration
- Protection from potential fuel spills
- A stable, non-combustible base
- A clean, modern aesthetic
